DELIVERY INFORMATION

Thank you so much for supporting Tittleton glass studio!

SHIPPING

We aim to get your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a pre-sale happening, date for delivery will be noted when selecting your area for delivery. For example: North Island (delivery made between X date and X date).

Most orders will arrive promptly, however we are not responsible for unforeseen delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier company.

There is no courier collection on weekends or public holiday’s. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next working day, if the item is on-hand, otherwise the item is made to order and is dispatched as quickly as possible.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep track of your parcel. If you need further assistant with tracking please contact us at Tittleton@live.com

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.

Please double check that the delivery address you have entered is correct, if the address is incorrect there may be a re-delivery fee.

We use a "signature required” service, this means someone needs to be there to sign for the parcel. If no one is there when the Courier arrives they will leave a calling card to let you know they have tried to deliver your parcel.

FREIGHT CHARGES

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

FREIGHT WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive the product between 2 – 5 working days, please allow extra time for rural deliveries & around Public holidays. Christmas time can also extend delivery times.

AUSTRALIA & THE REST OF THE WORLD 

Please email us if you wish to receive a quote for delivery to these areas. 

URGENT DELIVERIES

DAMAGED ITEMS

We always ensure to safely wrap and dispatch any items we ship with care and appropriately for travel.

If you find an item has arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged parcel. Please make sure to take photographs of the damaged item, including all the packaging and email it to us at Tittleton@live.com, we will do our best to sort thing’s out as quickly as possible.

*During covid 19 lockdowns please note there are shipping delays.  

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you’re unhappy with a product please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, we will do our best to help and resolve any issues. If the product is faulty we’re very happy to replace it, give you a refund. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers change their minds, however we always do our best to find a solution that everyone is happy with.

MISSING or INCOMPLETE ORDER
If your order arrives and is missing items, contact us within 2 business days after you received your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your order does not arrive at all, contact us within 9 business days of the expected arrival time and we will work with you to resolve the issue with the freight forwarder if needed. Should you fail to report non delivery of the order within the given time frame, Tittleton glass will no longer issue a replacement or amend the Invoice as order will be tagged completed on our end.

PAYMENT TERMS 
Bank transfer payments, must be paid in full, (including shipping cost) within 2 working days of the date the order was placed.
